We assume no liability for any losses resulting from your failure to properly secure your account.

II. Product Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

1. Product Information: Pelsbarn makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and inventory status displayed on the website. However, due to technical or human errors, discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price or inventory of items you have ordered, we will communicate with you promptly, and you will have the option to re-confirm or cancel your order.

3. Engaging in any activities that compromise network security, including but not limited to planting Trojan horses, viruses, conducting network attacks, web scraping, or server stress testing.
4. Interfering with or disrupting Pelsbarn’s services, servers, or networks connected to the services, or failing to comply with any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the services.
5. Engaging in any illegal commercial activities through the Services, such as resale of goods, fraud, or money laundering.

VI. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

We place high importance on your personal privacy and data security. How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information is detailed in Pelsbarn’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. Your use of the Services constitutes your consent to our handling of your relevant information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

VII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. Governing Law: The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pelsbarn’s operating entity is located.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court with jurisdiction where Pelsbarn is located for litigation.
